As the world of clean skincare and beauty expands, our wellness benefits. It is becoming easier than ever for clean consumers to indulge in skincare with the assurance they aren't sending toxins into their bloodstreams or using products that were tested on animals. Behold some of the newness — which includes a clean, CBD-infused perfume — below.

Naturopathica Gotu Kola Intense Repair Balm, $58

The holistic skincare brand just introduced a hydrating pink skin salve that includes gotu kola, raspberry oil, and vegan candellila wax. It's great for sensitive, irritated, Sahara-like skin types (how my skin feels on planes) because it improves the functioning of the skin barrier. I also recommend using salves on post-treatment skin.

Heretic Dirty Grass Eau de Parfum, $85

The world's first CBD-infused functional fragrance has launched from the artsy line of gender-neutral perfumes, Heretic. Their tongue-in-cheek branding is so enticing that I want to try a whiff of this cosmetic-meets-supplement, which is infused with 150 mg CBD.

BYBI Bakuchiol Booster, $17

This is the perfect beauty oil to invest in for summer, as the top natural alternative to retinol. It delivers the same anti-aging skin effects (i.e. resurfacing, firming, clearing, firming) minus photosensitivity to the sun.

Pai Light Work Rosehip Cleansing Oil, $56

The makers of the cult-favorite rosehip oil launched this oil cleanser version. Cleansing oils really do make for the best makeup removers. Plus, rosehip was the go-to natural retinol alternative before bakuchiol came around.

Maya Chia The Refresh Mint Resurfacing Moisture Mask, $68

This exfoliating mask includes brightening azaleic and lactic acids, as well as antioxidant-rich ferments, and soothing extracts, like turmeric root. Hydrating aloe and refreshing mint give it serious summer vibes.

Juice Beauty Phyto-Pigments Jelly Eyeshadow, $24

I could go for buildable liquid eyeshadow. It eliminates the need for a separate brush.

Wildling Empress Collection, $129

Estheticians — including my favorite one — swear by the ancient eastern practice of facial massage for everything from promoting detoxifying lymphatic drainage, to boosting the micro-circulation of the skin. The founder of the luxury line Orveda told me facial massage is what makes your products skincare.

Moon Juice SUPERHAIR, $60

The wellness-savvy supplement company just launched these hair vitamins, which provide you with adaptogens like ashwaghanda, Biotin, and other vitamins to address nutritional deficiencies that impact our hair.

Jenny Patinkin Rose on Rose Facial Roller Petite, $32

This pretty piece is an itty-bitty rose quartz and rose gold facial roller that is designed especially for the smaller areas around the eyes and mouth.

Ellis Brooklyn West Eau de Parfum, $105

A small-batch, New York-made citrus-y scent that will be your new go-to this summer. It's eco-friendly — even the cap is biodegradable.
